Full notice for the geography data (@rootsoft-it/geo NOTICE)
@rootsoft-it/geo — third-party data notices The Bangladesh geography dataset in this package (data/bd.json, and dist/data/bd.json copied from it) is a compilation made by RootSoft IT from the sources below, and it has been modified: units, codes and names from the three sources were combined, cross-checked and corrected, converted to Unicode NFC, and extended with RootSoft-curated metropolitan thanas, spelling corrections and aliases. None of the sources endorses RootSoft IT or this package. The exact inputs (URLs, retrieval dates, SHA-256) are listed in data/SOURCES.json. 1. RootSoft curation The metropolitan thanas set up after 2011, the spelling corrections, the aliases and the pending (not yet gazetted) upazilas are RootSoft IT's own work, proprietary like the rest of this package.
